Harry Polgar – Owner & Founder
I’m Harry Polgar, the owner and founder of Elite Euro Works. My passion for cars began early, but my professional journey started after I completed a degree in Financial Services Banking & Retail Management. At 22, I embarked on an automotive apprenticeship, which led me to the Volkswagen training facility in Sydney. This was an incredible opportunity, and after completing my apprenticeship, I pursued further training to expand my knowledge in diagnostics and fault finding.

I then worked as an advisor at Volkswagen Camberwell, where I discovered a love for working closely with customers, listening to their concerns, and helping them feel confident about their cars. After eight years, I took on the role of Service Manager at Richmond Skoda, overseeing a small, tight-knit team of mechanics. This new challenge allowed me to develop my leadership skills while still being deeply involved in the automotive world.

Later, I returned to a more hands-on role as Service Manager at a tuning workshop, where I handled customer communication, fault diagnosis, repairs, and technician supervision. This experience equipped me with the skills and knowledge I now bring to Elite Euro Works.

My goal is simple: to provide every customer with a high-quality, trustworthy experience when they bring their car in for service or repair. With over a decade of industry experience, I’m proud to lead a team that shares this commitment to excellence.
